As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be working on various industrial and commercial contracts with fantastic progression opportunities and commission incentives.

What Will You Do As an Account Manager?

• You will be instrumental in providing quality recruitment services to our clients, and therefore integral to growing our business

• Proactively managing key accounts and serving as the first point of contact for your accounts meeting them face to face and communicating over the phone and email

• You will be responsible for proactive sourcing, interviewing, shortlisting and delivering high volumes of candidates to meet clients' recruitment requirements

Is this a fit for you?

• It is if you have experience within a professional role - this could be in a similar client relationship building or account management role, or within sales 

• You have passion for client relationship development and account management whilst delivering great client experience

•  You are self-driven, responsible and able to communicate professionally at all levels

• You have a strong character and you are used to working well under pressure
