Our team had a record-breaking year in 2021 and we’re now gearing up for more success in 2022. Due to business growth and a national contract win, we are now looking to further strengthen our team by adding Recruitment Account Managers to our Darlington branch.
As a Recruitment Account Manager, you will be working on various industrial and commercial contracts with fantastic progression opportunities and commission incentives.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who with a competitive attitude who wants to progress their career within a sales environment, wants to get out what they put in and be rewarded for the results.
What your role will look like:
- Your role will be incredibly dynamic & fast paced, which will require a hardworking determined person.
- You will be using your selling and people skills to build client and candidate relationships, matching the right people to the right places.
- You will be running a busy desk – sourcing, booking in high volumes of candidates for registration appointments and filling a large number of vacancies.
- Seamlessly managing multiple clients’ requirements under pressure.
- Delivering high levels of service.
About You:
- A minimum of 2 years’ experience in a full-time role, preferably within a sales environment
- You will be ambitious and driven in a competitive industry.
- You will be results driven and use own initiative to achieve results.
- Excellent communication skills and enjoy meeting new people.
- You are a proven business generator.
- You enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced office and aren’t fazed by targets and deadlines.
- You understand the importance of getting jobs filled, while making sure that both your clients and candidates are happy with the service provided.
- You’re organised with excellent time management skills
