As a Administrator Assistant you will be responsible for organising samples for dispatch and the necessary exportation certificates amongst other duties.
Your duties will include:
- Creating/ checking labels for boxes
- Creating Legal Certificates
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Using SAP to manage dispatch and deliveries
- Logging samples requests
- supporting with samples production
- liaising with customers/ clients
- Mange the general office supplies and stationary
- Other general administrative tasks as required
To be considered for the role of an Administrator Assistant you must have:
- Experience working with Microsoft packages
- Experience working in an admin based role
- Attentiveness to accuracy and details
- Experience using SAP (Desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team working
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work with own initiative
- The ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy and good attention to detail.
