Our client is a long-established food wholesaler/distributor company. They are innovative, dynamic and have expert attention to detail. An opportunity has arisen for a Warehouse Operative With FLT (valid Reach & counterbalance) to join their team on a temp-to-perm basis.
This is the ideal role for a Warehouse Operative With Reach & Counterbalance FLT looking to develop their career with a company working with big named brands.
Your duties will include:
- Picking and packing and storing pallets accurately
- Using an FLT (Reach/Counterbalance)
- Working in an extremely fast-paced environment
- Working in extremely cold conditions within a freezer -25 degrees (PPE will be provided)
- Stock rotation
- Recording relevant information for traceability
To be considered for the role of Warehouse Operative With FLT, you must have/be:
- Previous warehouse experience
- In-date Reach and/or Counterbalance FLT licence (Reach desirable, Counterbalance essential)
- Physically fit due to manual duties and cold environment
- Aware that this will be working in very cold temperatures
- Skilled and experienced with IT
- You must be flexible with shifts as the company operates 24/6 - this is additionally a day shift starting as early as 5am however this may vary with needs of the business
