Meat Factory Operative

Monday – Friday, day and evening shifts available.
Our client is a national pet food manufacturer in Ferryhill.
As experts in producing and supplying raw pet food with over 50 years of experience, they are urgently seeking Meat Factory Operatives to join their team on a temp to perm basis following substantial business growth.
As a Meat Factory Operative, you are responsible for the processing of raw meat in a safe and legal manner.
This is a physically demanding role.
Duties will include:
• Working in the raw meat section of the factory
• Tipping large quantities of raw meat into a mincing machine
• Working under strict hygiene regulations
Due to the location and shift times, you MUST possess your own transport.
Working days are predominantly Monday to Friday with shifts. There may be a requirement for ad-hoc weekend work.
