Office Manager/ PA| Full Time| Temp to Perm| £20k -£25k

Our client is an eLearning organisation based in Barnsley who specialise in cyber security training.

.

This is the ideal role for an Office Manager / PA looking to develop their career within a growing company.

As an Office Manager / PA, you will be responsible for Supporting the MD, Operation Manager and Sales Manager in the day to day running of the office.

Your duties will include:

 

  • Supporting the MD, Operation Manager and Sales Manager
  • Electronic diary and email management
  • Booking of travel and accommodation
  • Document preparation
  • Typing up of minutes / reports
  • Organisation of corporate hospitality, conferences and events
  • Record maintenance, and logging of external contacts
  • Maintenance of the filing systems
  • Co-ordinating and organising appointments on and off site.
  • Arrange client meetings
  • Preparing notes and presentations for client meetings
  • Problem solving/dealing with queries at a high level

 

To be considered for the role of Office Manager / PA, you must have:

 

·         Excellent communication skills

·         The ability to converse with board level external clients

·         Good organisational skills

·         Excellent time management

·         Confidentiality

·         Good commercial awareness

·         Good attention to detail

·         Ability to problem solve

·         Ability to work as part of a team

 

Additionally, you must possess a proven background as a PA to a senior business leader or experience within a similar role.
