Office Manager/ PA| Full Time| Temp to Perm| £20k -£25k
Our client is an eLearning organisation based in Barnsley who specialise in cyber security training.
This is the ideal role for an Office Manager / PA looking to develop their career within a growing company.
As an Office Manager / PA, you will be
responsible for Supporting the MD, Operation Manager and Sales Manager in the day to day running of the office.
Your duties will include:
Supporting the MD, Operation Manager and Sales Manager
Electronic diary and email management
Booking of travel and accommodation
Typing up of minutes / reports
Organisation of corporate hospitality, conferences and events
Record maintenance, and logging of external contacts
Maintenance of the filing systems
Co-ordinating and organising appointments on and off site.
Arrange client meetings
Preparing notes and presentations for client meetings
Problem solving/dealing with queries at a high level
To be considered for the role of Office Manager / PA, you must have:
·Excellent communication skills
·The ability to converse with board level external clients
·Good organisational skills
·Excellent time management
·Good commercial awareness
·Good attention to detail
·Ability to problem solve
·Ability to work as part of a team
Additionally, you must possess a proven background as a PA to a senior business leader or experience within a similar role.
