Full Stack Developer - Darlington

Our team had a record-breaking year in 2023 and we’re now gearing up for more success in 2024. Due to business growth, project expansion and a national contract win, we are now looking to further strengthen our team by adding a C# Full Stack Developer to our head office.
- Successful candidates will have at least 3 years' experience in a commercial environment in a C# based role working with the .net and .net core technology stacks.
- Candidates should have an excellent knowledge of front-end libraries such as React and have experience working on projects that utilise HTML5, CSS3 and JavaScript.
- Candidates should have knowledge and experience of using MS SQL Server, and have experience working on projects which go beyond the most basic of SQL queries.
- A knowledge and experience of working with RESTful API's would be of benefit. Candidates should display an understanding of and implement good design practices into projects, whilst writing readable, best practice code.
- An up to date knowledge of unit testing is desirable as well as active experience using continuous integration/delivery.
- Desirable but not required would be experience working with SSIS packages.
To help us on our upwards trajectory the successful candidate will be working on a range of projects from Greenfield projects to existing systems, these would include:
- Maintaining and migrating where possible existing .net MVC projects to .net core.
- Expanding existing .net MVC and .net core projects.
- Migrating web applications to native apps where possible.
- Working on exciting new apps to facilitate better working practices and new market trends.
- Improving the performance of existing SSIS projects and investigating migration to Azure.
