As a Customer Service Administrator your duties will include:
- Providing a high level of customer service at all times, via phone, live chat, Whatsapp, letter & email correspondence.
- Taking inbound calls from customers and taking instruction within the call and handling the query to a suitable resolution at the earliest opportunity.
- Making outbound calls to 3rd parties in relation to customer’s query / complaint
- Carry out any related admin tasks following on from the call ensuring all records are maintained accurately.
- Problem solving
- Supporting other team members with queries
To be considered for the role of Customer Service Administrator, you must have:
- You must be confident working in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills- written & verbal
- Ability to work on your own initiative
- Digitally advanced literacy and capability – managed through internet and web-based systems and processes. i.e., E-Commerce, CRM systems, Email, Live chat, social media, Teams.
- Flexibility to support the team and business when required, which includes working later shifts and weekend work
- Innovator – Questioning the norm, within boundaries and providing alternative solutions to enhance customer experience.
Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy and good attention to detail.
