Administration Assistant
3 Month Temporary Contract
£10 per hour
8am - 5pm Hours flexible

This role will provide operational and commercial management support of contracts within the water treatment chemical team. This person will also provide support to the customer and to the sales team from point of order through to delivery on site by liaising with relevant inter-company departments and suppliers on status of orders.
This role will be based in Billingham.
Duties of this role include:
- Acting as the first point of contact with regards to customer enquiries, liaising with the service management team in order to respond to those enquiries quickly and efficiently.
- Supporting the Sale & Service Manager with the management of the current contract portfolio, including preparation of contract renewal proposals.
- Booking in scheduled works with clients.
- Ensuring jobs are closed out and correctly represented in Latis (JD Edwards management system).
- Preparation of contract financial analysis.
- Support the order management process and communication to and from customers.
To be considered for this role you must have:
- GCSE or equivalent English and Maths required.
- Experience of having worked in a Customer Service, Sales/Commercial Support, Administration or similar role.
- Strong communication skills both verbally and written, with the versatility to communicate at all levels in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience working with Google Suite/Word/Excel/Power Point
- Experience working with JD Edwards ERP system would be an advantage
