Established for almost 20 years with an exemplary brand, this award winning business is looking to continue to deliver the exceptional standards that it is known for with the addition of a Training and Compliance manager. The role will be responsible to ensure that all courses that delivered are ran smoothly and compliant.
As a Training and Compliance Manager the individual will need to be hardworking, with great passion for what they do. They will be responsible for driving compliance and quality across the business as well as being able to lead a team of experienced trainers.
Duties of the Training and Compliance Manager include:
- Working with awarding, accreditation and certification bodies to gain and maintain a range of accreditations that are business critical. Including: CITB, CABWI, FAIB, ISOH and more.
- Maintaining ISO 9001 and implement ISO 14001 management systems, to gain accredited certification.
- Ensuring that Expedient meet all compliance requirements, including UK & H&S requirement across the business.
- Leading a team of employed and associate trainers to fulfil course delivery, maintaining high levels of candidate satisfaction.
- Overseeing administration and candidate fulfilment from on boarding to completion of courses and qualifications.
To be considered for the role of Training and Compliance Manager you must:
- Level 5 within a relevant qualification.
- At least 5 years’ experience in a management role.
- Have at least 2 years’ experience within compliance.
- Can demonstrate a positive impact on the business.
- A background within training or business services.
- Appropriate H&S qualifications e.g. NEBOSH.
