This is the ideal role for an Administrator Assistant looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.
As an Administrator Assistant you will be responsible for providing customer care and reception duties.
Your duties will include:
- Creating Labels for boxes
- Creating Legal Certificates
- Coordinate incoming and outgoing mail
- Mange the general office supplies and stationary
- Other general administrative tasks as required
To be considered for the role of an Administrator Assistant you must have:
- Experience working with Microsoft packages
- Experience working in an admin based role
- Attentiveness to accuracy and details
- Experience using SAP (Desirable)
- Excellent customer service skills
- Team working
- Problem solving skills
- Able to work with own initiative
- The ability to communicate both orally and in writing
Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy and good attention to detail.
Your own transport is advised due the very rural location of the client.
