We are looking to appoint a Recruitment Services Manager in a newly created role to work with our Cardiff team, servicing clients nationwide.
Objectives
Your primary objective will be to work alongside the business development team to successfully on-board new national clients into Baxter Personnel’s client portfolio.
As a Recruitment Services Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Filling quick turnaround industrial temporary positions mainly from FMCG organisations.
- Developing client relationships to enable the successful on-boarding of new clients.
- Maximise the placing and sustainment of individuals into temporary positions.
- Meet the recruitment needs of employer’s temporary labour supply in order to successfully on-board them into our existing business.
- On-board large employer accounts.
- Delivery of high quality and compliant services.
- Management of data integrity, employment law and data security.
- Ensure services are delivered with probity and integrity.
- Attending service level reviews as and when required throughout the UK.
To be considered for the role of Recruitment Services Manager, you must have:
- Proven track record in delivering high volume industrial accounts over a prolonged period of time.
- Proven track record in running concurrently developing a number of volume industrial accounts.
- Demonstrable temporary labour market knowledge.
- An understanding of basic Employment Law principles.
- Proven working experience in a sales based or client facing recruitment position.
- Communication and negotiation skills at all levels.
- Ability to build rapport
- Time management and planning skills
- BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
This is an extremely dynamic role with a high degree of autonomy afforded to you in order to achieve the positions primary objective with little or no prior notice.
In return we can offer you a basic salary of 30k rising to 35k after a successful probation period and a fantastic override commission structure that translates into sustainable long-term commission earnings.
