Our client is an established company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the products and services they offer. An opportunity has arisen for an Office Administrator to join their team on a full-time temporary to permanent basis.
Salary starts at £17,000 per Annum but will be reviewed and increased on performance.
This is the ideal role for an Office Administrator looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.
As an Office Administrator you will be responsible for assisting three different heads of department allocated on set days of the week.
Our Client is looking for an experience candidate with administrative skills and common sense and the role will include some sales so some sales experience would be an advantage but not essential.
Your duties will include:
- General administration and small office management
- Diary management
- Managing incoming and outgoing mail
- Ensuring all offices are maintained to a high standard of cleanliness
- Other duties as required
To be considered for the role of an Office Administrator you must have:
- Experience in working in a similar role
- Experience of working in a busy office
- Excellent attention to detail
- Proven organisational skills
- An excellent telephone manner and negotiation skills
-Have a logical thought process and calm under all circumstances
- Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages, especially Excel
Additionally, due to the location of the client your own transport would be an advantage.
