This is the ideal role for a Sales Order Processor looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.
Your duties will include:
To be responsible for the processing of orders / quotes from our various dealerships and ensure the accurate input onto the bespoke computer system, Window Designer and Roofwright
To ensure the provision of a quality service which provides for the order being manufactured and delivered in line with the customer order date
To liaise with customer to agree delivery dates where required
To respond to customer telephone enquiries, ensuring an excellent level of customer service and support is provided
To develop and maintain excellent working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, dealers, departments
To provide assistance to the Sales Order Processing Manager when required
To be considered for the role of Sales Order Processor, you must have/be:
Knowledge of PVC – u Windows, Doors, Complex Conservatories
3 years’ experience in the window and building industry
Previous experience in a sales order processing/customer service
A confident and organised individual with excellent communication skills and the ability to provide excellent customer service
The drive, ambition and determination to develop technical knowledge of the products we supply and manufacture
