Administration Assistant to join their team on a full time temporary basis.
This is the ideal role for an Administration Assistant looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.
As an Administration Assistant, you will be responsible for supporting the Depot Manager to ensure that all office work is carried out effectively and in accordance with the changing requirements of the business.
Your duties will include:
- Book keeping and all other office procedures
-Being responisible for income and expenditure records
-Typing tenders and business communications
-Being responsible for wage sheets and holiday pay accruals
-Typing customer service record sheets
-Using electronic message systems
-Processing all correspondence
-Making and receive telephone calls
-Organisation and responsibility for diary management
To be considered for the role of an Administration Assistant, you must have:
-Self motivation- the willingness to learn and develop
- Excellent communication skills-well spoken
- Excellent customer service skills
-Excellent time management
-Excellent telephone skills
-Good written communication skills
-Good experience of using Microsoft packages especially Excel plus good keyboard skills
-Excellent attention to detail
-Two years experience in Business Administration is essential
Additionally, you must possess high levels of accuracy with good numeracy and organisational skills.
Your own method of transport is essential with a full driving license
