As a Foreign Speaking Sales Person, you will be responsible for processing and checking customer order requirements onto a bespoke IT system including general administration, reading emails and chasing up leads.
Your duties will include:
Dealing with incoming and outgoing customer calls
Updating customer details
To be considered for the role of order processor, you must have:
A good customer service background
Experience of order processing and release
- The ability to speak and read either ,German , Spanish
Good accurate keying skills
Additionally, you must possess a methodical approach to work, a committed attitude and excellent attention to detail.
