We are now looking to appoint a Branch / Office Manager to oversee the day to day performance and development of our Middlesbrough Branch.
This is a non-selling managerial role which would best suit an experienced Sales Person looking to step up into a management position or an existing Team / Branch Manager looking to transition into a new industry.
Where do you come in?
A Branch Manager of a high-street recruitment branch is a busy and demanding role.
No one day will be the same but here's an idea of what your typical responsibilities will involve:
Overseeing delivery of KPIs including branch revenue growth, day to day service levels, candidate and client experience
Taking responsibility for hitting and exceeding branch targets to deliver further growth to the business
Managing and nurturing a team of Recruitment Consultants & Resourcers
Identify training needs within your team
On-going development of existing client relationships
Ensure customer satisfaction through regular feedback on progress
Actively resource and recruit for a high volume of temporary and permanent positions
Is this a fit for you?
You will make an excellent Branch / Office Manager at Baxter Personnel if you have:
Proven experience performance managing teams/branches against set outputs & KPIs
Excellent commercial and financial awareness
Ability to analyse and collate data and create meaningful performance reports
Super-attentive to detail with methodical and process-driven mindset
Engaging, well-rounded personality and excellent communication skills
Full driving license and access to your own transport
