11am – 3pm and 2.30pm – 6.30pm alternate weeks

£8.05 - £8.70 per hour.
Our client is a long established Aquarium and Pond supply company. Innovative and dynamic, they are constantly pursuing new ways to improve the services and products they offer. An opportunity has arisen for a Part Time – Sales Administrator to join their team.
This is the ideal role for a Part Time – Sales Administrator looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.
As a Part Time – Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for delivery of a comprehensive sales and administrative service for the management of multi-channel sales.
Telephone Sales. Take inward bound telephone sales calls offering technical advice, take orders and trade purchase orders, in compliance with company guidelines.
Trade Counter Sales. Give technical advice, take sales. Cash handling, card and cheque payments.
Order processing. Input information from multi-sales channels onto spreadsheet Khaos.
Respond to answer machine, website, Amazon, and eBay messages. Resolving all customer queries first time through taking ownership of the query and ensuring customer satisfaction is achieved.
Any other duties, as are within your capabilities and level of responsibility, in order to meet the demands of the business.
