Your duties will include: 

 Answering telephones and emails

Processing customer orders promptly and accurately

Maintain accurate sales order administration

Call in with clients and taking orders

Provide excellent customer service

 

To be considered for the role of Customer Service Advisor, you must have:

Experience in a customer service role

The ability to multi-task

Be able to forge relationships with customers

Excellent telephone manner

Sage 50 experience desirable
