Holiday Home Sales Executive join their team.
This is the ideal role for a Holiday Home Sales Executive looking to develop their career with an award-winning company.
As a Holiday Home Sales Executive, you will be responsible for building rapport with the sales and aftercare of luxury holiday homes.
Your duties will include:
Effectively manages sales generation by utilising development, marketing materials, show homes, local resources and park relationships
Builds confidence with potential homebuyers by selling the features and benefits of the Home products and park experience.
Maintains buyer interest by effectively using listening and negotiating skills when confronted with challenging situations and counters with specific alternatives. Ensures fair and consistent treatment by effectively solving problems when they occur.
Updating website content where applicable and creating marketing copy for brochures and marketing materials
Aftersales care, warranties, repairs and problem solving
General maintenance, cleaning and presentation of the show homes to ensure they are presented in the best possible way
To be considered for the role of Holiday Home Sales Executive, you must have:
At least 1 years’ experience in a Caravan/Holiday Home environment desired
Experience in sales and customer service environment desired
Due to the location Transport is essential
